At Get My Treasures, we do not offer direct returns. This is because we act as a platform for products from various brands and do not manufacture or own the products ourselves. Once a product is purchased, it cannot be returned. However, we strive to assist you with exchanges or replacements if needed (please refer to the Exchange and Replacement Policies below). 

2. Exchange Policy 

We understand that sometimes you might need a different product or a variation of the same product. To accommodate this, we offer an exchange policy under the following conditions: 

  • Eligibility for Exchange: 
  • You may request an exchange if you wish to receive a different piece of the same product (e.g., a different size, color, or variation) or a different product within the same category.

3. Replacement Policy 

If there is a packaging issue or the product arrives damaged due to a packaging fault, we will replace the product under the following conditions: 

  • Eligibility for Replacement: 
  • The product must be reported as damaged or defective within [X days] of delivery. 
  • Evidence of the issue (e.g., photographs of the damaged packaging and product) must be provided to our team. 
  • Process for Replacement:

  • Once verified, we will process a replacement for the same product. If the product is unavailable, an alternative solution may be offered, such as an exchange or refund. 

4. Packaging Standards 

We take great care in ensuring that every product is securely packaged and delivered in pristine condition. Our team is committed to maintaining high packaging standards to ensure your order reaches you safely. While we cannot guarantee against damage caused during transit by third-party carriers, we do not compromise on packaging quality from our end. Rest assured, your satisfaction and trust in our service are our top priorities.
